Argan Oil: Morocco's Wonder Oil

Recently Argan Oil became very popular subject in the internet specifically in beauty products. From hair mask, to body lotion and even to nail products it is being use as one of the major ingredient. So what is this Argan Oil? and what are the benefits of using this?

So Argan Oil came from the Kernel of the Argan Tree also known as Argania spinosa which is endemic to Morocco.

There are various ways in extracting the Oil from the kennel, the most common and traditional way is the fruit are being collected and air dried until the fleshy part of the fruit wither then peeled off.

It takes 25 - 30 kg. of dried Argan Fruit to have 2 kg. of kernels and produce 1 Liter of Argan Oil. It takes a lot of work and time to extract this Wonder Oil but it's worth every sweat because of  the oils numerous benefits not only to beauty products but to health as well, here are some known benefits from this oil:
