Their Website is really "Sporty"looking (obviously) personally i think it's really the same with Zalora and Lazada they also have Large Photo gallery where it automatically hover from on side catering different photos of their featured Products, on the header they have that drop down effect everytime you point the cursor on the tabs (i'm sorry i don't know how to call these stuff) also on the header bears the Adidas Logo and on the uppermost right area are the Log in , sign up and tracker Tabs.
Over all their site is really pretty but it's just a typical Online shop Lay out so for those who are an online shopper junkie this will not be complicated, even for those who are first timers as long as you can read and understand English your good to go.
If you have an account you can directly go to their sign in page or if you have no account just create one by simply clicking on the sign up button then fill up all necessary information. After you sign up you will receive a notification email from Adidas informing you for a successful account.
As I was checking their Outlet category I was really blown away by all those 30%-70% off items. By the way take note that their sizes are in UK so don't forget TO CHECK THEIR SIZE CHART because you might end up ordering for the wrong size like me (i was too excited). You can check the counter part US Size by Clicking the photo of the product then just above the "Select Size" box for the Chart Size conversion table.
After clicking Check out you will be directed to the items inside your shopping bag for you to recheck the items, their sizes and the total amount to be paid. When you're ready to pay simply click on the Check out button then you will be directed to the shipping address page (ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ADRESS MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT TO AVOID HASSLE) , click CONTINUE then You will Proceed to the PAYMENT PAGE which is the final step, pick your preferred payment option then click ORDER NOW.

The Size Chart contains different size conversion, so from UK you can check their Chart for its US size, for example if you size 6 in US then your size in UK is 4.5
If you're ready to buy the item just simply click on the ADD TO BAG button, then click the BAG ICON on the upper right corner, a drop down menu will appear the simply click CHECK OUT.
After a successful order you will receive an email confirming your order, then after a few days they will notify you via email if your parcel has been shipped. Normally if you're like me which resides outside Manila it would take 3-4 Business days for your Parcel to arrive so you have to be extra patient.
Just in case if you got the wrong size (like me) or you don't like the items that you bought you can return it within 14 days upon receipt of your item, also the original shoe box /plastic for clothing and tags should be intact in order for return to be accepted. You can check their Return terms and conditions on the EASY RETURN tab for further info.
I also called their Hotline sadly it is not Toll Free so if your outside Manila you really need to pay a few bucks for a call, and yes you really have to call them because their costumer rep will be making a report and he/she will be giving you instructions on what to do next, then they will send you that report, you will print it out and you need to attached it to the box before returning. Another downfall is unlike Zalora and Lazada that offers free returns, Adidas on the other hand does not offer that, meaning you will be the one to pay the courier when you return the item.
you will receive an email if your return was approved by their inspecting team you will be issued a full refund on the amount that you returned, for example if you ordered 5 items then you decided to just return 3 of the items then they will only refund the total price for that item. It will also take about a max of 14 working days for the refund to process, in my case since i only use Credit Cards it took 7 days for the reversal to appear on my credit card account.
Currently Adidas Does not have an Exchange option, meaning if you got the wrong size you need to return the item and purchase the right size. Anyway here is the stuff that i bought :)

Over all i would rate Adidas online shop 7 out of 10 stars, the only downfall the return is a bit hassle not to mention you need to pay extra cash, but their Costumer Representative are very accommodating although i did have some trouble since i think they were hiring chinese people, so the english has a different accent their twang is a bit off that i have a hard time talking to them but they were very helpful. I would probably shop here again but i will definitely make sure not to make mistake in ordering i wouldn't want to go through another return process hehehe.
